-Dan and one other position themselves 300m up the track from the start at/near the top of the switchbacks so the field is more spread out.
-Be in position for the start of each race (9:00 & 9:15 & 9:30)
-Reset the clicker to zero and then click every participant. Do not click random members of the public or the TECs.
-After each wave compare numbers with each other.
-Record the number in some way (photo or phone notes).
-Pass on this number to the TECs
-Reset clicker for next race start.
